A core service of HRM Builders, Inc. is employee training in leadership, management, compliance, and soft-skill topics. Therefore, we have trained approximately 2,000 employees through our world training center, Inc. During 2008, we have trained over 1,000 employees with 25% at the senior level, 20% at the supervisory level and 55% front-line staff. When asked on our evaluation form, 99% of participants reported they would recommend our training to others and, on average, 95% rated the overall training as very good to excellent.
