The human resources industry is in changeover stage.
Organizations HR processes and HR personals are searching
for more effective ways to improve the performance of their
organization. There is a high recognition for the need for a
strategic approach to align employee performance with
corporate objectives and thus need streamlined information
systems for the same!
The HRIF was
founded to aid the development and improve the effectiveness
of professional
HR Management
by members for members.
It's
enable
members to develop their human resources interest area
within their corporations through professional development
networks.
HRIF
actively represents and serves numerous members covering
businesses in all areas of the HR industry.
The HRIF Board
meets regularly, overlooks the operations and tackles the
barriers facing the HR industry at HRIF
members. This is achieved
through highly active 9 Specialist Committees that are
constantly developing programs and services to facilitate
and support the HR industry through members and
international congress every two years.
The official languages of the HRIF are Arabic and English.
Ten committees comprised of a forceful
assortment of carefully selected, highly proficient members
who have demonstrated an impressive track record of success
within their respective business and industrial sectors.
The HRIF committees function
as the energy that fuels the persistent force by which the
HRIF boldly tackles all the barriers facing the HR Industry
through our members in worldwide. they comprise the
