Certification of Management Systems and Services To advance the standard level of management systems and services of industry organizations, continually improve performance, ensure people involvement, assure quality education and promote organizations survival, the HRMI provides the following Global Standards. The HRMI Standards Program has developed a library of global standards. These standards are grouped into three themes listed below: The themes reflect the expansive nature of the HR Management profession. As the profession grows, the suite of HRMI Global Standards will continue to evolve. Education Certification We certify educational institutions and programs in accordance with requirements of the Global Standard "GS EMS 7001: Educational Management Systems- Requirements with guidance for use" Training Certification We certify training centers and courses in accordance with requirements of the Global Standard "GS TMS 6001: Training Management Systems- Requirements with guidance for use" Organization Certification GACC Certify organizations in accordance with one or more of the following Global Standards: § GS HPMS 8001- High Performance Management Systems- Requirements with guidance for use § GS CMS 5001: Development Management Systems- Requirements with guidance for use § GS CMS 4001: Compensation Management Systems- Requirements with guidance for use § GS CMS 3001: Staffing Management Systems- Requirements with guidance for use § GS MMS 15001: Materials Management Systems- Requirements with guidance for use § GS SMS 6001: Service Management Systems —Requirements with guidance for use
