The DEHR Programs

The Engineering Human Resources Center conducts Professional Diploma in Engineering Human Resources (DEHR) program to help prepare students to enter and excel in the rapidly changing, highly technical, and global marketplace. While the core curriculum remains constant, four different formats and time schedules are offered.

The Full-Time Accelerated program is designed for students who are disciplined, organized and who welcome fast-paced challenges. This is a fast-paced program in which students earn their PDEHR degree with one year of intensive study. Students must have exceptional work experience and academic qualifications to be admitted into this program.

The Part-Time/Evening program is designed for working professionals who bring a wide range of experiences and skills into the classroom. This program offers students the opportunity to earn their PDEHR degree in the evenings while they are employed.

The Online PDEHR Program is designed for working professionals. Two courses are offered each semester, both completely online. The program allows the student to obtain an PDEHR without interrupting his or her career and does not require relocating.

The Corporate PDEHR program is tailored to the corporate environment and represents a partnership with a company and the PDEHR program at EHRC. Although the core curriculum mirrors the PDEHR program on-campus , elective courses can be designed to reflect the needs of a particular company. Full time faculty members travel to a company to teach the PDEHR modules.
