CPP-Certified Productivity Professional

Productivity is central to our lives, particularly our working life. Everyone must be equipped to improve productivity in their role. The EHRC provides the structured programme to manage productivity as a process, through a challenging mindset.

The EHRC " CPP" qualification provides you with this capability. The certification process is rigorous thereby ensuring high standards of professionalism, a modern structured approach to productivity improvement and the development of a challenging mindset.

CPP Body of Knowledge

The practice of Productivity Improvement involves the use of a range of skills, methodologies and techniques. It also involves a particular attitude and approach to problems, opportunities and potential for change. The diagram below summarizes the current body of knowledge of the CPP and identifies the main technique and application areas.

Examinations
The examination is composed of multiple-choice questions and two case studies, which including the definition related questions, the understanding of the conceptions, discussion the comparative merits of each question, as well as the solutions under various assumptions.

Certification Requirements

  • Bachelor degree, plus more than 3years working experiences in engineering companies

  • Master degree, plus more than 1years working experiences in engineering companies

  • Complete 3-hour exam successfully

  • Finish certification application process and paid all the required fees.
