Engineering Human Resources involves the HR Management of organizations with an orientation to manufacturing, construction, engineering, technology or production.

EHRC, Engineering Human Resources Center was formed to promote the functional HR Management- managing technical professionals who are working in the fields of product development, manufacturing, construction, design engineering, industrial engineering, technology, production, or any other field that employs personnel who perform an engineering function.
