  Eligibility to write your Project

To become eligible for writing Project papers
(stated in act 4 of the Certification Requirements and Procedures), candidates must develop their theoretical and practical HR knowledge by completing preparatory training modules.

Where You Can Study Certification Courses

   ·   At one of the HRMI offices or Approved Training Program Providers near you.

   ·   Register directly with the Training Program Providers approved by HRMI

    ·   To gain credit for each completed course, members must submit their original transcripts or grade report to Registrar@HRMI.org

Alternative Means to Satisfying Training Requirements

  • Transcript Review: Submitting a transcript review to HRMI for review and credit for previous coursework in HR related discipline. HRMI may waive some of the required training modules based on previous education and qualifications. Candidates can apply after comparing the checklists with their own transcripts to determine exemption of the training modules. The review will normally take 2- weeks' time for processing. Candidates will be contacted directly if further information is required. The review results will be sent to candidates by mail in due course
  • Challenge Status showing the attainment of certain professional designations. Candidates with certain degrees and professional credentials from reputed academic or professional body are considered as fulfilling the training requirement for HRMI certification.
